Professional course
The professional course proposed for the Fashion sector is aimed at students with experience in the Fashion Design sector, professional designers or companies who aim to specialize, acquiring tools, work methods and new languages in the management of prototyping, design and production processes in Fashion.
The training course was structured in collaboration with Framis Italia which developed and improved the NoSo® heat sealing system, satisfying the growing requests for creativity expressed by the major stylists and designers from all over the world.
During the course, participants will learn how to face the challenges of fashion with technical and creative skills. Heat sealing can be carried out with special heat sealing machines. These thermo-taping and ultrasonic welding processes allow the seams to be completely sealed while maintaining the waterproofing of the fabrics.
In this way it is possible to create a seamless fabric union, perform purely aesthetic decorations, repairs of cuts and holes, reinforcements, etc.
Ultrasonic Welding is mainly used for packaging with synthetic technical fabrics, especially for the professional and sports clothing sector. The fabrics have a high mechanical strength and without the presence of seams, making them comfortable, performing and light in the various sectors such as: Fashion, sportswear, workwear and design. The path is completed with the learning of the Illustrator software, the use of laser cutting and press and the introduction to the world of 3D printers.
The aim of the course is to provide the technical and practical knowledge of ultrasonic heat sealing and welding machines with their infinite possibilities.
Research & development, innovation and sustainability are carried out using cutting-edge technologies with the aim of inspiring and guiding future professionals towards the discovery of new solutions and applications in the fashion world.
