WHO WE ARE

D-house Academy is the High Training school for postgraduates and professionals of the High – End Fashion, Design and Automotive world born from the unique synergy of Numen – Institute of Technological and Digital Innovation – and D-house – urban, technological and innovative laboratory in the heart of Milan. 

By cooperating with different national and international partners that become part of the didactic offer, D-house Academy is directed to students with experience in the Fashion and Design industry, professional designers or companies who aim to specialize. 

The educational path answers directly to the needs of a labor market in which it’s fundamental to find new ways of integration between sustainability, manufacturing, artistic research and technological know – how. 

All the educational paths, based on the three pillars of technology, innovation and sustainability, are studied to allow participants to comprehend, apply and use technologies, digitalization processes and the research of materials and fabrics.

GOALS

D-house Academy has the goal of connecting high training with the labor market. Through an high level didactic offer for designers, product managers and specialized technicians, it creates a link between technical manufacturing and responsible innovation in the sectors of Fashion and Design 4.0.

To create and design in 3D, to model and personalize fabrics, semi-finished products, items and accessories. All of this is possible to the technologies situated in the D-house urban laboratory, such as 3D printing, Thermowelding, Advanced Robotics and Digital Embroidery.
