Embroidering is like painting on fabric. Using the material to communicate beauty and culture, filling with color and light what is born simple and opaque, giving three-dimensionality to the two-dimensional. This timeless art which requires tradition and innovation is increasingly common in contemporary fashion.
Today we are able to interpret it in an original and innovative way, combining the various traditional and modern techniques with other technologies that enhance its elegance.
The training course is structured in collaboration with Coloreel, a textile innovation company with digital embroidery technology 4.0, which allows you to create something unique and creative aimed at improving production efficiency in various sectors such as: fashion, sportswear, workwear and design.
The aim of the course is to train professionals in the sector in the art of embroidery by creating projects with unique and innovative textures and effects.
During the training course the students will acquire a solid foundation in design and coloring techniques, knowledge of fabrics and the different properties of the materials available. In addition, they will acquire the use of Coloreel studio software, Coloreel Unit technology, advanced 2D vector design software and digital tools to be able to create exclusive embroideries directly on garments or fabrics.
The course aims to reconstruct a heritage of craftsmanship, technological manufacturing and digitalization by creating professional figures indispensable for haute couture.
Research & development, innovation and sustainability are carried out using cutting-edge technologies with the aim of inspiring and guiding future professionals towards the discovery of new solutions and applications in the fashion world.
